Are you sure they are cancelling this? In my middle school conference Ashland and Boyd Middle are scheduled to play each other this evening and as far as I know it is still scheduled.

@JDEaston the game has been canceled for sure just talked to the 16th Region assigning secretary. It has been rescheduled for Jan. 29 boys and Feb. 11 for girls.

It's a hard game to judge considering how the last one had a 17 or so hour suspension when Ashland was getting ready to blow the roof off James A. Anderson. I'm not that big on home court advantage when these two play, both teams will bring a lot of fans and both teams are very familiar with the others gymnasiums.

 

That said, Ashland is the better team, Boyd will wear down in the second half and Ashland will pull away for about a 20 point win.
