I wasnt impressed that well with U of L's talent in this game. But they did play hard and never quit. After Arizona went on the 22-2 run I changed the channel expecting a blowout. I flipped back and Louisville had made a game of it.

Only watched a few minutes but Sosa seems like a blackhole at the point, and Caracter looks good if only for 11 minutes.

Pitino's teams always had a lot of fouls called on them just bc of their aggressive style of defense and "slapping" at the ball. His U.K. teams did this and were whistled a lot.

 

Yes, but at the same time he also teaches players to be smarter than that. UL was undisciplined on defense and it cost them in this game. If they would have hacked less they would have probably won.

Pitino will get that problem straightened out though.
