Saint Xavier vs. Trinity Updates

Recommended Posts

The Saint Xavier Tigers and the Trinity Shamrocks face off tonight at Bellarmine University in a rare Sunday night game. Trinity has won 16 out of the last 18 games they have played. Saint X is off to a great start and comes into the game at 10-2 with only one loss to a Kentucky team (South Laurel), while Trinity's young squad comes in at 6-6. None of Trinity's losses have been by more than six points. I think this one will be close. Should be fun over at Knights Hall around 6:00 p.m. tonight.

Last year Trinity won 46-43. I expect another close game with winning team by 4 points or less. Game is at 6:00 at Bellarmine. Tickets are $10.00. Last year the game sold out. I believe Bellarmine holds close to 3,000.

Frosh and JV play tomorrow at ST.X. Frosh at 6:00 and JV at 7:30. Trinity Frosh won Butler Frosh tournament yesterday beating Ballard in Championship. St.X won the consolation bracket after losing first round game to North Hardin.

Thanks, I'll check their website and see if they offer an online stream.
