Is he expected to play offense or defense in college? Looking at film on him, he looks significantly better on offense than defense to me.

 

I don't know about significantly. He makes a huge impact on defense.

I thought he looked better on offense also on tape, but when I looked him up he led the State last year for dlineman in tackles with 114 and 28 for loss from nose, that's unheard of from that position, so I don't know,just a dominant football player on either side.

He is good on both sides of the ball. Against Mercer they didn't block him at DT all night and he had the biggest impact on the game on the defensive side of the ball. Smith got the pick that game but Kelly caused it by hitting the QB as the ball was released.
