This rivalry game has been moved to the opening game of the season and a lot is on the line for both teams. Adair has won two games total in the last two seasons, while Russell County went 4-7 last year. Russell County won in dominant fashion 43-7 last season but lost a lot on the offensive side, they also have a new Head Coach in long time assistant Ryan Richardson. Adair County has a new coach as well in first time head coach Van Isaac from Harrison County. Adair won both of their scrimmages over Hancock County and Green County so we will see which new head coach can come away with a win.

I wonder if the new head coach can turn the tides in this rivarly. Anyone attending that can give us updates this Friday?

Russell County has some new coaches also I believe.
