HT721
Do you also get sick of Beechwood, Mayfield, Belfry, Boyle County, Bowling Green, etc? To an extent, but they don’t always win their classes and are routinely challenged by a variety of teams.
Hardin County Preps
North Hardin’s ranking at #5 seems too high. Although North Hardin brings back RB Wright, WR Moore and a bevy of lineman on both sides of the ball, they will be playing a QB who has never started a varsity game. Maybe 6A is boring for folks out in the state, but 6A football in Louisville is great to watch. The best teams are always within Jefferson County and there's always a competitive game to watch each week, even outside the Big 3.
hogstooth
Simon Kenton at #4? Didn't they lose to 1A Beechwood last year. Did they get a few big time transfers? I was thinking this same thing. With the loss of their D-Coordinator you can return as many players as you want, new is new. I'm not saying they aren't the 6A team in NKY, far from it, I'm saying #4 may be a stretch given a few unknowns and their track record in the playoffs. This being said I do believe they are the top 6A team in the north.
