June 7, 20197 yr Just trying to rebuild the bridges he tore down when he went off the accusatory deep-end. In talking to some people in the business, I don't think it is having that effect. West has very deep pockets, and the perception is that he is showing that off, and the other owners are not going to, or not in a position to wager $5.0 million on a race.
