Nobody can pick up his slack. In Dallas they have plenty of guys that can pick up what Dirk does...Terry, Howard, Stackhouse, Harris, etc. can pick up Dirk's points and boards. I'm not saying Dirk is replaceable, b/c he's not. I'm just saying that it is easier to replace what Dirk means to the Mavs than what Nash means to the Suns.
