What a bummer... I couldn't help but be saddened by this.

 

What a likable guy, and a fun part of my childhood.

 

Who didn't like Peter Tork?

 

No one because how could you not?

They were part of my teen years. They had some good songs but I think studio musicians played most of their music, at least that’s what was told at the time.

Micky and Mike are still alive.

 

Yes, many of their records were recorded by others, however their album "Headquarters" was their way of showing that they truly could play their instruments, and write decent tune by themselves. The album is really good, and one that I highly recommend listening to to give respect to these guys for their own artistic abilities.

I was hoping to find the whole album in its entirety, but it's broken up into multiple videos. I suppose that anyone interested in listening will go to youtube and enjoy it there.
