Although I agree with your conclusion that the powers that be have been way too hard on Hunt I am still left with "Sticks and Stones" as my guiding force here. In other words, Hunt should have walked away.
February 12, 20197 yr That makes no sense to me, at least from a winning standpoint. I don't disagree from the winning standpoint. Would be a huge get, especially for the price. I would struggle mightily in those situations if I were a sports franchise big wig. Do you stand on high morals or always look for the upgrade? If you're somewhere in between, where is the line drawn? From a winning standpoint it would have made total sense. Just to be clear, what Hunt did is not domestic violence. I'm not sure he even knew that girl. What he did would be in the assault category. True.
