What a game...Final from the Briar Patch!

Wow!! Somerset and it’s goal line defense.

Jumpers were down 17-0, came back to take the lead only to go back down by 10 again.

LCA had the ball 1st and goal from the 1 with 40 seconds to go. 2 runs lost a yard. The Eagles had to spike the ball on 3rd down . The clock appeared to run out but the officials put a second back on the clock. (And it looked like there should have been a second put back on). LCA's play action pass fell incomplete in the end zone as time expired. Huge goal line stand by the defense after LCA made a brilliant drive down the field. Great game.

Yeah I looked up from the spike with 1 second left on the clock, but the officials didn't blow the play dead til it was all zeros. Right call to put a second back on, IMO.
