Conner is the favorite but those Boone County rivalry games are usually battles. I see the Cougars winning by a few scores.

Assuming the weather forecast materializes, this game could go either way in the slop at Cooper. I see a close low-scoring game with a couple of big plays determining the winner. Shame on Boone County Schools for not providing turf for its student-athletes.

This should be a good game. I think both teams match up well. Yes Conner has a better record but we need to look at the strength of schedule. Conner had a nice win over Ryle last week.

 

I hope the rain clears out before kick off and we can see what we have in western Boone County.

Don't waste any pity on us. There are a lot of things to complain about in a school system but playing on natural grass ain't one of them.

It seems like it has rained every Friday for about 3 weeks or more. But this weather isn't bad at all. Compared to snow and ice this is down right balmy. We don't know what bad weather is in NKY.

I have quit voting against Conner. I think the Cougars will win this one.
