Corbin 33 Bell County 14

Featured Replies

35 penalties between the teams. Lots of which were dead ball personal fouls. Shew.

London Stephney is fast, makes the Bell County offense go.

I like that Corbin made the conscious decision to establish the line of scrimmage and committed to running the football tonight. Best performance by the Hounds' offensive line of the season.

I was pleasantly surprised that Corbin was able to run the ball as well as they did, especially considering Estep only ran it once the entire game. He is still nursing the ankle injury he suffered in the Mayfield game and it appeared to me that Haddix was being extremely careful with him last night.

As far as the penalties, it kind of seemed to me that Bell was trying to get penalized after Corbin got the safe lead.:idunno: They got one unsportsmanlike conduct penalty while lined up and before the ball was snapped, must have been something they said was all I could deduct.

I have attended this game the last 4 years and unsportsman calls seem to go hand in hand with Bell. Something I think Hilton should and will address. He is a class guy.
