Not sure where they are ranked but they have been a perennial contender in 3A past 4 years. This is an impressive win for Henderson.

Their coach is Nick Hart. His dad is John Hart who won a state title at Eveansville Reitz, then took the Indy Warren Central job. He's now at Brownsburg after a stint in IL.

 

Gibson So has been really good under Nick for the last few years. I believe they mad enough it to semi state a couple of years ago.

Good win for Henderson County. They look like the favorite in 6A-District 1 to me, although Daviess and I guess McCracken will have a say.
