This inter-class ranked match-up pits one of the best 4A programs of the past few years vs. a very talented FD squad. To say that the young Frederick Douglass program is ahead of schedule would be an understatement. Year one yielded ten wins and a regional championship appearance. Year two has them ranked 7th among the big boys.

I’m taking Freddy Douglass in this one. I think they have more speed, and a good QB and receiving corp.

I would be shocked if FD doesn't handle Wayne County pretty easily. 4A isn't very strong after a handful of teams while 6A is really solid throughout the top ten.

Douglass by double digits they are more athletic and very fast.

Douglas is loaded with D1 talent, I know Wayne County is good but I think Douglas win pretty easily.
