For the first time in 4 years, a playoff spot or playoff seeding is not on the line in this game. Both teams have struggled more than they thought they would and need to end the season on a high note.

Last year on senior night, the Jags pulled the biggest upset in the state by upsetting Madison Central. Then the very next week on Whitley County's senior night, the Colonels beat North Laurel to take the final playoff spot and end the Jaguars season by putting together a tremendous final drive and converting on a 2 pt PAT conversion 22-21.

I think this is a pretty evenly matched game, but will have to give the Jags the edge being at home on senior night with pride on the line. I expect a very tight game.

I don't see more than a TD's difference between them. NL has actually been pretty good against the pass. The solid rushing teams have given them fits this year (Western, JCHS, Mad Ctrl, etc).

Actually, I think speed has given them trouble this season more than just rushing in general, and that's a common trait among all three of those teams.

Whitley ends the season 1 and 9 after friday. NL +10.

NL's seniors go out with a win on Senior Night. Expect big games out of Asher, Maggard, and the rest of the Senior Jaguars in the final game of their high school career.

Too many injuries for the Colonels now. Even their loyal radio announcer picked against them this week. North 35 Whitley 6
