CovCath 64 Grant County 12

CovCath 64 Grant County 12 Final

CovCath lead 57 to 0 at half time.

1st offensive drive three plays TD

2nd offensive drive one play TD

3rd offensive drive two plays TD

4th offensive drive two plays TD

You get the idea

CovCath "D" scored the last TD in the 1st half by recovering a Grant Co fumble and running it in for a TD

Grant County did move the ball on CovCath somewhat in the 1st half but seemed to always make a turnover. QB from Grant Co. is a keeper if given the time, the young man can throw and run.

Second Half running clock, and you saw the CovCath JV team play the rest of the game.

^^^How about Popham's first punt   I bet you loved that.

You know, when I saw him run out onto the field, I thought Coach R was going to let him try a FG, but 70 plus yards:confused: ........ Then when he punted the ball "WOW"..... If the kid doesn't get a Division I offer (and I am talking a quality football team) I surely would like to know what the College Football Coaches are looking for.........

How far was the punt?

Great Senior Day for the Colonels... now they need to prepare for the team from Ft. Thomas

How far was the punt?

Not sure but it was major league. Not bad for a backup punter.
