Trinity has some old grumpy dude and an energetic young lady as certified athletic trainers.

Funny how things have changed.

 

When I was the girls head coach at Brossart back in the mid-eighties, the trainer came on Tuesdays, so if I had a player get injured from Wednesday through Monday, I told them that if it was still bothering you next Tuesday, go see the trainer.

 

We are fortunate to have a first class Athletic Trainer from St. E.

I think you left off some of what you told them. The full quote was most likely, "Rub some dirt on it and if it is still bothering you next Tuesday, go see the trainer."
