Montgomery hit a last second shot to win after KCC hit a 3 to tie

Good win for the Indians & tough loss for Knott Central County.

Big win for the Indians. Paul Wise hit a 3 at the buzzer to give Montgomery Co the win.

 

KCC led almost the entire and was up double figures about half way through the 4th period when Deuce Ralls took over scoring at least 10 in a row for the Indians, finally giving them the lead in the last minute.

After a pair of Evan King free throws, KCC ran a good play and Caudill set up a teammate (Napier?) for a 3 that tied it with 8 seconds left. Ralls took the inbound pass and drove to the free throw line before kicking out to Wise for the game winner.

Good win for the Indians & tough loss for Knott Central County.

I didn't get to attend all the games that day. Radio announcers were telling how good all the games were in this classic.
