Once I figured out that we were playing Highlands and not CovCath it was a pretty good broadcast.

Congratulations to Highlands and best of luck as you progress through the State Tournament. Congratulations to Brossart on a strong season as well.

I think this is Highlands first region title since 1988 and first ever 10th region title. This team was nowhere near as talented as teams they've had since '88, but they found a way to get it done.

 

Good job Birds. Tough game against Ryle, but good season.
