Different era, different times now.

Fewer people are watching the best football in the world with the NFL, so I don't see them tuning in to an inferior product.

Here's the one possible appeal. Guys like Tim Tebow, Colin Kaepernick, Ray Rice, etc. could be draws. Also, they may take guys from college after one or two years.

 

I still don't see this succeeding, but that could generate some interest.

Apparently it's called Alpha Entertainment, LLC. Vince has filed for several trademarks that has ties with XFL.
