December 13, 20178 yr Did Barker ever play against legitimate competition? I’m not trying to say that NKY 6A or the other NKY schools for that matter are a pushover but are they as good as what Hoak or Clark seen in their respective parts of Ohio or Wilson in OK? I think Barker may have been overhyped. And I was very excited about Barker coming out of HS, Towles, Guidugli and Lorenzen all had success but they also come from a football factory. I think maybe Barker just whooped up on weak competition in high school and wasn’t all prepared for the SEC.
December 13, 20178 yr What about Drew Barker? He once threw 4 touchdowns in one half vs. Southern Mississippi. Lol Barker will be firmly on the sidelines doing hand motions if he stays at UK.
