Some of us are still touchy from the Regional Baseball Tourney GRC hosted a few years ago and sold Tournament T shirts that had Scott County on the shirt instead of Scott High. :lol2:

The Nissan Classic at North Laurel is such a great tournament. Great environment for basketball.

 

While Jake will be missed, I am am more than confident that there is plenty of offensive power for Scott in this contest. I am calling a close one as when these teams play the games always seem to be close.

Scott will be a good team and possibly win their district this season. But they just don’t have to horse power to keep up with the deep GRC team. As it’s been mentioned above the Cards have an abundance of weapons this season and agreed their top 8 can be starters most anywhere in the state.

 

This game shouldn’t be a blow out running clock affair, but also won’t be a nail bitter. GRC wins by 8-10 and the game won’t be as close as the score will reflect.

With Scott being regional winners last year and GRC being the favorites this year I think I'm going to have to be watching this game thru my open fingers. Grc has such a strong team if one person is having an off game 2 more step up and take over. There is no one star on GRCs team. Anyone can step up at any time.

That is what makes them so good and dangerous. You can't just key in on one player. GRC also has several players that if hot can fill it up from behind the 3 point range.

 

I missed Williams last game hope he is able to play in this game.
