I hate to be a downer in this game, but I couldn't be more proud of my kids than I am now. They are happy, productive, kind and compassionate people. Unless they were guaranteed to still be all of those things, none of the rest are reasons to be proud of them.

I think everyone is exceptionally proud of their kids, this is for fun and I figured everyone understood that. None of these awards or trophies are needed by any of our kids to validate them and I truly hope you don't think that I was implying that they did.

This was just for fun!

Was going to say something similar, productive and giving is good enough for me.

DLG volunteers at the Franciscan Daughters of Mary once or twice a week, depending on work and school schedule.

2.0 getting straight A's in her 1st year at UC, on top of working.

3.0.....she's a "work in progress". LOL

I'd consider any of the above options a bonus.

It was meant to be in fun, above and beyond already having great kids.

Yeah, be you gave me a reason to gloat about DLG's........well 2 of the 3 anyway. :lol2:

Led a HAPPY, productive, and kind life. Don’t give a damn about the rest

That being said, if they won the lottery and took care of their parents, that would be a plus!
