stinkyboy II
A statement was made in the "Who will keep playing CovCath in the future" thread about the dominance of SK over the past decade. Good discussion can be had about that without shutting down the other thread. Who you got? I think the numbers will surprise those debating this in the over thread. stinkyboy II
Just for reference, the statement was that SK has been the most dominant BY FAR.

Bluerunner
State Champions in Northern Kentucky over the last decade: Highlands: 7 (4 in 5a and 3 in 4a). Beechwood: 3 New Cath: 2 Holy Cross: 1 Not sure on overall wins and losses.
NamecipS
If we're talking strictly wins and strictly regular season, SK has the most wins. Doesn't mean they're the most dominant. They schedule to ensure they have an undefeated season and then flameout in the 2nd or 3rd round of the playoffs. I'd guess Highlands, Beechwood or NewCath would be the most complete potential candidates. Of course Highlands has had a down couple of years, but the first 3/4's of the decade were owned by Highlands. Beechwood and NewCath have been consistent in that same stretch. stinkyboy II
Sorry Mr Pride. Didn't use the quote feature, just tried to restate what you implied. A moderator can feel free to alter the title from dominant to most consistent winner BY FAR. Makes no difference the numbers of the last decade do not lie. stinkyboy II
Beechwood. Beechwood fits in if this is based on size/class. If just talking about N Ky without regard to enrollment they do not have a good record versus CovCath/HHS/SK/Ryle

NamecipS
Since 2008 SK has more wins than any NKY team. Wrong. No, no, he's right as he stated it. SK may have the most regular season wins, but Highlands has the most which would include playoff wins. Highlands played 15 games a year for 7 of those 10 years. Jack of all Trades
Why is it that some of you get on here and use logic, pencil and paper to argue your point? Seems like that should not be allowed.
UK#1fanisback
I was wrong. SK has the most wins out of NKY 6A teams. Marksberry has the most wins out of all NKY coaches.
