LC won't quit but it's clear this year they ain't got it and aren't going to find it ....

 

LC needs to play for next year already. Sounds like the future is already playing , just need to focus on long term improvement.

Ashland has a fast and aggressive defense that should give Lawrence Co fits.

What I look for most in this game (other than a win) is whether the Tomcats can come out focused and determined to take care of business or flat and not taking LC as a serious challenge. At this point of the season, with every game having District significance, there SHOULD be no such thing as an automatic win.

 

Until Ashland puts together a flawless performance, we have things to work on. I would like to see the Cats get through this game without any turnovers, especially fumbles (lost or recovered). I hope the D stays hungry and goes for another shut-out.
