I don't know anything about Grundy but it seems like it is starting to click for Pikeville.

I'm not sure either but their wins are over teams with 1-2 wins. I do know there heavy run and that's about it.

Fwiw, Grundy came in tonight ranked # 8 in Va. class A, and a record of 5 - 2, Per Cal preps. Their wins were against Lebanon, Hurley, Twin Valley, JJ Burton, and Honaker. Not powerhouses, but pretty good competition. Grundy is no slouch of a team, and don't think they would be rated # 8 if that was the case. Pikeville's D stepped up tonight and closed this game with a 41 - 13 score. Grundy's score came late against Pikeville's second and third teams.

Pikeville is starting to get their act together for sure

Did Battaile play tonight?
