Only matters what the temp, humidity and what the chart reads at the location of the game. Things will be very different on a turf field. Does the NKYFL measure onsite with a psychrometer??

Absolutely!

AllenR, they could have played the game early in the morning at Trinity.

Absolutely, practice and games are monitored for Heat!

Additionally everyone, when you have to travel a couple of hours to play a Frosh game you have to take some extra precautions.
