Central is averaging just over 12 points per game. They've scored 7, 7, and 7 against the three 6A teams on their schedule thus far. Should there be concern for the lack of offense? Would the other top tier 3A teams have performed better offensively against Manual, Ballard, and/or St. X? Does the offensive struggles present a concern going forward in district play and the playoffs?

I think a lot of teams would struggle with the schedule Central has played this far regardless of class. I was at the FC game and Central looked pretty darn good on all aspects of that ball game. First year HC and QB playing a 5A and 3 6A squads and western who has kind of proven to play tough this year. I think they'll adjust the growing pains and I anticipate come playoff time they'll be hitting a pretty good stride. IMO

They have the right coach, that's for sure. He came to Central with a very solid resume. I think Central will be just fine.

I'm anxious to see them in district play. However, the big names in 3A are closer to Manual/Ballard/X than they are to Henry County and Thomas Nelson.
