Big game next week vs Boyle County......

German Ruiz RB for Wayne County had 28 carries 180 yards rushing. Trevor Naftel for East had 20 carries for 164 yards.

I haven't seen Wayne play before. I get a feeling they like to pass a lot more than they do but they really didn't need to tonight.

Warren East played toe to toe with the Cardinals in the first half but Wayne's offensive line wore down the Raiders in the 2nd half. Wayne keyed on Caleb Huskey. He only had one big play but that catch was outstanding. Also the Cardinals never kicked it deep so Huskey had no chance in the return game. When Wayne punted it almost always went out of bounds.

You are correct. They like to pass it alot, but the rain took care of that.
