Midsummer classic in Miami tonight. Some big stars, as you'd expect, on both sides.

 

I think there's going to be two games going on tonight. One is the obvious NL vs. AL. The other is the NL pitchers against Aaron Judge. Will be interesting to see how both play out.

Scherzer gives up a base hit in the first, but strikes out Judge and Springer to end the inning.

Love the All Star Game. Always one of my favorite nights of the summer.

Cozart has a ball come his way. Throws out Judge on a grounder to end the top of the 3rd.

Cozart with a strong single to left to lead off the bottom of the 3rd.

AL strikes first, with a double and a bloop in the top of the 5th, now lead 1-0. Cozart to lead off the bottom of the inning.

I thought it was cool when they had Bryce Harper mic'd up while playing in the field.

Cozart broke the Reds not having a hit in their last 28 plate appearances streak.

BTW in 1967 All-Star game 50 years ago 4 pitchers threw 3 innings, 6 pitchers went 2 innings, and Catfish Hunter pitched the last 5 innings for the AL and was the losing pitcher on the Tony Perez HR in the 15th inning.

Molina goes opposite field to tie it 1-1 in the 6th.

We're heading to extra innings!

Will be interesting to see what happens if this thing goes to the 11th or beyond.

Cano goes deep off of Davis to lead off the 10th.

Votto with a walk to get on base in bottom of 10th, but Miller strikes out Bellinger to end it.

Miller faced three straight lefties in the 10th.
