What did the Lakers offer? And why would Indy give him to OKC for less?

 

At the least they offered D'Angelo and Mozgov and a first round draft pick since that is what the Nets got for that price.

Bird stayed on as a consultant(a la Jerry West) and Kevin Pritchard is the President of Basketball Operations.

I think George to OKC is a solid sign. George is a complimentary star and will be fine allowing Russ taking all the big shots.
