2017 Tentative Timeline

June 9^th – Get the ball rolling: who’s in, who’s out (finding out who’s returning)

 

June 25^th – Deadline for returning to league, either by PM or posting here, and also logging into the MFL site

 

June 26th to June 30th – Taking applications for new members (we have six openings at the current time)

 

July 1st Until Completed – Reviewing applicants and deciding on the new members

 

TBD (immediately following the selection process) – New members rolling for order and picking their teams.

 

Whatever is not completed by July 6th will have to wait until I return from vacation

 

August 6th – 8:00 PM CST ~ Deadline for declaring your keepers

 

August 13th – 7:00 AM CST ~ Start of the Draft (Using the MFL site)

- After one week of drafting, if the estimated completion date (ECD) extends to 9/10 or later the draft clock will change to 18 hours (without notice) until the ECD falls back to 9/4.

- On August 26th, if the estimated completion date (ECD) extends to 9/7 or later the draft clock will change to 12 hours (without notice) until the ECD falls back to 9/4.

- On September 1st, if the estimated completion date (ECD) extends to 9/7 or later the draft clock will change to 6 hours (without notice) until the ECD falls back to 9/4

- On September 6th, if the estimated completion date (ECD) extends to 9/7 or later the draft clock will change to 2 hours (without notice) until end of the Draft.

The Timeline is basically good. We are in the TBD phase and the Keeper Deadline is still the 6th of August.

 

I'm working on the New Players as we speak. The diceroller for determining picking order that we have used for the last few years is not work today so I am looking for one to use. As soon as I find one that is working I will notify the New and Returning members.

Just an FYI I'm leaving for vacation this Thursday but will have my phone as long as WIFI is good in Dominican. I know we ran into a snafu a few years back.
