Almost employers have a clause about work created on their property. If I'm an employee of Apple and create new tech, I'm not a new Steve Jobs Apple owns it.

I don't know if you are aware, but the sermons you create on your church's computer or on their time are their property (if it isn't your day off then it is on their time). In other words, if you want to publish a book of your sermons, the church is actually the rightful owner of the royalties from any money you receive as compensation from your book. You can't take your sermons to another church and use them there without your previous church's permission because it is their intellectual property. You have no say over sermons posted to your church's web site. You can't tell them to remove them if you leave the church and go to another church. You can't edit them or in any way control them. They belong to your church.

 

An easy way around this is to have your church board make a policy that all sermons, Bible studies, seminars, etc. that you create in the course of your ministry is your intellectual property. Without this statement by the Board, your sermons do not belong to you.

 

So, are Comey's memos his property or the governments? That is a very good question, indeed.

The answer to this is .... yes. If they have anything to do with any official business of the postition, office or role they are not at all 'personal' property.

Guilty...but what is the difference?

 

One comes into the light and is open and takes responsiblity for their action and its consequences. The other stays in the dark and in the shadows and does not take responsiblity for their actions or the consequences of the action.

 

So lets be clear on the character of the two. One action is forthcoming and open and direct. The other action is cowardly and manipulative with specific ends as he goal.

So the NSA supposedly has a tape of the Bill Clinton and Loretta Lynch Tarmac discussion and won't release it? If I'm on any of these committees investigating this entire mess I go after those tapes.
