June 9, 20179 yr Yup, Texas Tech more than likely. Makes sense doing this. My assumption was Stoops was doing this as a favor to his Off Coor, ie too late for OU to hire another coach so they have to let Riley have a season. Turns out, this may be just as good for OU to not lose such an asset like Riley.
