No. Unless they were running before the ball got away from the catcher.

The above question (not you, ASB) is why I take all high school baseball stolen base records with a HUGE grain of salt. Many scorers wrongfully give credit for stolen bases that quite simply aren't.

I've seen runners on 1st and 2nd, ball hit to left, clearly a single (runner on 2nd not able to score on hit) but ball goes under left-fielders legs and somehow it turns into a 2-run triple. :isurrender:

That, too, but I was more referencing a kid running from first to second after the ball goes past the catcher.

Let's face it most scorers at the high school level just haven't been educated on proper scoring.
