I think Tim Nolan is a bad guy. I think he has been a bad guy forever including his time on the bench. He is not the victim of anything - political witch hunt or otherwise.

You didn't answer the question: Are the two mutually exclusive ? We don't disagree about TN, however, nowhere in my post did I ever say he was a victim...

 

I explained that while I believe he is may be guilty of some of the things he has been accused of, that he is not the only thing wrong with this story....there is still the issue of the CCPD and their part in the overall story.

 

If we are going to call out issues, let's make sure we have all the issues out there...the CCPD is not blameless in their quest, and I suspect that more than a few others, not in the CCPD, may have some influence in this current situation.

Not at all, stop trying to put words in my mouth...I already agreed with you, but you refuse to try to see the whole picture. I never said TN's situation were less or more than anything other than what they are right now, legal charges. What I have been saying is that there are 2 things going on here: 1) TN has been charged with heinous acts, 2) those acts have likely been amplified / enhanced by the overreach and political motivations of his political enemies and their associates. As I said previously, these are not mutually exclusive events, they are events that involve 2 entities, one of which is not being tried, the other of which is not being held accountable. Up to you to decipher which is most wrong....

Amplified? Enhanced? If the charges aren't more because of Nolan's enemies then what impact did they have? How did they overreach? Lay it out for me... what impact did Nolan's enemies have on his current situation.

Speculation is that more charges are forthcoming and all of the new charges might not be directed at Mr. Nolan.

I had my doubts at first, but I am seeing the light, clearly Mr. Nolan is being framed as you suggested earlier. Since you and BirdBrain seem to be in the know on this one, will the new charges be real or more of him just being framed by his political enemies? If others are pulled in and charged, as is being speculated, are they guilty of anything or are they being targeted by the corrupt county PD. :lol:

I have heard rumblings about the CCPD being involved in framing Nolan because he tried to consolidate the Campbell Co. Sheriff's Dept and the CCPD, thereby dissolving the CCPD.
