Sounds as if the players may be hearing some parent talk while at home. If I were the coach I would call a team meeting and explain that I was the COACH and things would be done my way. If anyone had any objections please turn your equipment in after the conclusion of the meeting.

If I had to play with only 11 players at least I knew I had 11 that wanted to play the game for all the right reasons. It is a SAD situation for all parties invloved.

I couldnt have said it any better. The fact that they even had a meeting is a Joke !!! What size panties do the Administration wear? Come on.... its okay to be heard but after they were heard I would say... Ok coach now you speak. I would then step up and say.. I understand your frustration but its been nice talking to ya if you think I am going to change things because you called this meeting. Turn your equipment in and don't let the door hit you in the BUM !!!!
