sportsmaniac
Stockpiling draft picks is how Dallas built their dynasty of the 1990's! They did it with the Herschel Walker trade. Now the big question is can the Browns draft quality players???

neilman1234
In Paul DePodesta I trust. As a huge Browns fan, I thought his hiring was brilliant and I'm liking what I'm seeing. It wasn't an accident Cleveland allowed multiple starters to leave last year. It's not an accident that they have a bounty of draft picks - they value the draft. For any of this to work, the Browns have to be smart and draft well. If it does, Cleveland will be a force in 3 years. Fingers crossed.
oldgrappler
@Mediochre Nachos... exactly! @Footballforever74... they had a good draft last year. Full evaluation awaits until we see how some of these young guys pan out. I think the addition of Miles Garrett as an edge rusher will help this defense become quite good. The bolstering of the O-line in this off season is going to help the offense and whichever QB they wind up with for this season. I think this is going to be a season in which Cleveland transitions towards a winner. As always, it also depends on the injury factor as the season gets underway.
