All you need to know about the Debt of the Federal Governmant is this.

 

a) Defaulting on it would kill the Federal Reserve dollar and kill our economy as we know it.

b) Interest payments become a major driver of spending by the Federal government.

c) It will devastate our kids.

d) Its a non-partisan issue - there are no winners with growing interest payments in the future.
