Pettrey = OSU Recordholder.

Featured Replies

Pettrey on his way to the record books. You heard it .

With that offense and some weak big ten teams, he gets on the top ten list of XP attempts and hopefully XP's made.

Most XP attempts in a season. Needs 48

Most Xp's made in a season. Needs 45

He has 12 xp's in 3 games with as average of 4 XP's a game and 9 games left

The offense will score MANY touchdowns this season, especially against

Bowling Green, Indiana, Illinois, Northwestern and Iowa. Iowa has NO Quality wins.

I hope that you are right GCT, I have watched Aaron come up through the Raceland JFL, Jr.High and Varsity levels. He is an amzing athlete and just as good or better of a person with a top notch faimily. A lot of people may not realize that Aaron holds Ky. State h.s. records in field goal (58yds.) and that he had broken T. Couch's pass completion percentage record as a qb ( I think it was around 72%) in h.s. at Raceland. It would be great to see him go on to set Ohio Stae records also but there has been a lot of legends at that school that hold some prestigious records.

I think that he is a lock as long as he is still kicking XP's throughout the season.

3 or 4 touchdowns a game with a couple more blowouts coming later.

The offense will really help him.

Mike Nugent got his scoring title because the offense couldn't punch it in.

Not that way with this buckeye team.

I've seen Pettrey's state record stats. pretty good.

I would love to see it happen and I would also love to see Pettry go through his career at Ohio State not missing a p.a.t. attempt. :sssh: That could also happen.:thumb: Go Aaron and GO BUCKS!!!!:flame:

A. Pettry missed his only fg attempt of 53yds. today and went 4-4 in p.a.t. kicks vs. Penn. State.

Aaron is now perfect on his PAT going 16 for 16.:thumb:

After the 9/30 game at Iowa Aaron added another 5-5 day on p.a.t.'s and kicked a 36yd. FG, his only attempt. That is 8 more points scored for Aaron and makes it 21-21 on p.a.t.'s. Way to go Aaron!:ylsuper: and GO BUCKS!!!!

Great job by Aaron in the Iowa game. Still remains perfect on extra pt.

Aaron is now 21 for 21 on p.a.t.'s - almost halfway there with 7 regular season games left and the National title Game (hopefully)!!:dancingpa

A. Pettry continued his perfect p.a.t.'s today in a 38-7 Buckeye win over MSU. Aaron was 5/5 on p.a.t. attempts putting him at 31/31 on the season. Aaron also hit his only FG att. of 32yds.. Another very good game!:flame: :dancingpa.

Aaron hit 6 of 7 p.a.t.'s today vs. IU in the Buckeyes 44-3 win. He missed his first p.a.t. of the season and is now 37/38 on p.a.t.'s. Aaron hit his only FG attempt of 53yds.! He also had 6 k/o's with 2 in and out of the endzone I beleve for touchbacks.

Oldrambler, I believe that Aaron is 35-36 on pat's & the FG today was officially listed as @ 51 yds. He is now 6-9 on FG's.

:thumb: Thanks.

I actually thought he has more pat's but the Buckeye stats say otherwise.
