It's a formula. I like KenPom but knowing the positives and the shortcomings of that formula are essential to using that rating system effectively.

 

UCLA is a strange case because they have so many games where they flat out don't seem to even try on defense. There are teams scoring 85 points on them in losses. Really skews their defensive numbers because middling teams score loads of points.

Horizon tournament could be very interesting; Valpo's to lose, but 5 different teams have a shot.
