I still can't get over the fact they made a ruling without addressing the actual law that gives the President the power for this EO. I also do not get why the ruling in Washington supercedes the ruling in Boston that was in favor of the EO . Either way even if Trump writes a new EO this 9th ruling needs to be challenged because there are a lot dangerous precedents it tried to set.

This needs to be challenged because of the horrible precedent set. I also heard the other day that Chief Justice Roberts can basically consolidate all the different law suits that are out there and have the SC rule on them. I don't know much about this. Any of our legal eagles on BGP know how this could work???
