February 7, 20188 yr Author @John Anthony can you confirm the BOOM I just saw on twitter? Yes sir! 4 star Javontae Jean-Baptiste OLB #219 overall is the final member of the class! It was down to him and Oats. Both are good players but JBB is ranked much higher. This is the highest rated OSU class that 247 has ever tracked.
