I supported American hero Buzz Aldrin punching the day lights out of the moon landing denier who set up Buzz to confront Buzz and try (emphasis on try) to embarrass Buzz. After Buzz laid him flat on the ground, the denier was the only one embarrassed. I supported that protest violence.

If you are not sure of this event, look it up on YouTube. Makes me proud to be an American.

Too bad ole Buzz hasn't ran into Alex Jones.

For those of you who oppose the violence but supported the protest, why? Universities for centuries have been about about the intellectual debate of differing views and philosophies which was the point of bringing Milo on campus to speak. If the protesters were protesting his views but allowing him on campus, fine. But it is quite obvious that was not the case, they were out to use any mean necessary including violence to prevent the speaking engagement. Further evidence of my repeated point that those who demand tolerance have an incredible way of not showing tolerance - spoiled hypocrites.

I cannot think of the words to express how much I cannot stand David Duke or Louis Farrakhan. However, I would have no problem if my alma mater Bellarmine were to invite either or both on campus for a debate, granted neither of them would qualify as very intellectual but I would still have no problem supporting them and would probably attend to supported the opposition.

Would people here oppose Louis Farrakahn and/or David Duke debating at UK or UofL? Or is that part of intellectual freedom in allowing even controversial thoughts be debated on campus.

I have a major issue with the careless destruction of private property. Whatever force necessary should be used to stop it. Many Libs despise the concept of private property.
