I would agree. Again, when they decide to play Holmes then we'll talk about them being best in NKY. 9th region is different from other regions in state. Great win for the Jags!

Congratulations to the Jags for beating SK. Out played them from the tip! Great job ladies!

IMO Cooper played much better as a team...Lexi Held played unbelievably...A great leader, communicating, encouraging, and rallying her team... I was impressed. Cooper has improved tremendously over the last several weeks.

At one point SK was down 28 to 10 and came back and took the lead in the 4th. If SK would have played better in the first quarter they would have won the game easy.

They (SK) never schedule top 9th region opponents. I believe they opted out of playing Holy Cross the year they went to state as well. Check scoreboard.

So what you're saying is SK knew Holy Cross was going to win state 2 yrs ago and opted out of playing them? And also are you insinuating SK won't play anyone? Have you looked at their schedule the last 2 years? Butler, Manual, Sacred Heart(twice), Murray, Boyd and Franklin, Mason, Campbell, Etown and Montini Catholic who is ranked top 50 in the nation. And that's just this season. Then throw in Mercer, Etown, Lincoln, Mason, and Campbell last season. I find it hard to believe they would be ducking anyone. Hopefully SK/Holmes will will make it thru districts and regionals, and thru the first 2 rounds of the state and meet in the quarter finals. I would love to see it!

Also Holy Cross was scheduled that season and the game was snowed out and then HC decided not to reschedule.. You might want to go back on this forum and check out the 100's of posts about it.
