January 6, 20179 yr Doesn't Stanley own Dewalt? Yes, I said almost. Bostich, Proto, Mac, and DeWalt are pretty descent now. They almost destroyed Mac and DeWalt.
January 6, 20179 yr Snap-on is still owned by Snap-on. They bought Bahco, a Swedish company, but they are 100% US owned and HQ is in Wisconsin. No tool company compares to Snap-on..
January 6, 20179 yr I love the Craftsman name, and most of their old tools were completely unmatched by anyone else...but with the exception of their wrenches, ratchets, sockets and screwdrivers, they haven't been able to keep up with the likes of Rigid and Kobalt. I've never had much faith in any of their power tools. This 100%, their power tools stink.
