Game is at 6:45 at Campbell County Middle School (yes, CCMS gym is bigger than CCHS )

 

This will be a strange Crosstown game for me as I have been a varsity parent for the last 7 years.

 

Camels come in having won 11 in a row. Brossart is 4-11. However, the past has proven this game is always a dogfight. Brossart will do everything it can to slow Campbell County down.

 

I think the Camels will be too much in the end. Camels by 18.

 

On a side note, I think I like the idea of having the girls and boys play on the same night. Should be a packed house.

Very impressed with Camels, class of the 10th Region. Will take a red-hot shooting team to beat them.

They have an annual food drive to support a local charity. If attending, please bring some canned goods to help those less fortunate.

I will be surprised if BB gets any votes in this poll, even from diehard Mustang fans. CC should win easily but stranger things have happened.

The Mustangs won the most recent outing, last season 47-45, and three of the last four, with Campbell County claiming the 2014-15 contest 52-50.

 

The Wheel of Fortune has come up with Brossart lacking players with Varsity experience and only two seniors on the roster this year, so it stands to reason that the Camels and their fans will be licking their chops to extract a pound of flesh from their Crosstown rivals this year.

 

We are making progress and have established ourselves as the class of NKAC Division III, which is a long way from being the top-ranked team in the 10th Region. We will show up and do our best with nothing to lose.

 

I hope that both sides turn out in force, as this is the only game all year that you can duplicate a regional tournament atmosphere in a regular season game.
