Apollo 7 John Hardin 28 John Hardin returns to Owensboro this Friday to play undefeated Apollo. John Hardin did seem to move the ball against OHS, they just couldn't score, and if they can move it against OHS they can score against Apollo.

 

Daviess Co 7 Warren Central 49 WC will be ready to pounce on an outmanned opponent after losing two weeks in a row to fall to .500. DC is obviously better than they were last year but they are still a long way away from being competitive.

 

O Cath 35 Butler Co. 14 Catholic seems to be improving on both sides of the ball after a slow start. They were able to run the ball against DC and managed to stop the run. They also had slightly better success through the air even without Holland, I know it was against Dc but it was still a start. I don't know much about Butler but I do know they beat Todd by 21 last week and seeing as I know nothing about Todd I have no clue what that means.

 

OHS 42 Ohio Co. 7 This game looks like a complete mismatch on paper. The only way this is close is if OHS is looking past to Male. I expect Hall to have a great game and the OHS defense will continue to roll.

Apollo 7 John Hardin 14 Low scoring defensive struggle. Both offenses seem to be lacking so I go with the team that played OHS well.

 

DC 0 Warren Central 56 Too much Warren Central.

 

OCath 40 Butler 21 I think the OCath running game is close to where it needs to be, but Walker is struggling to put a whole game together on offense. We will see how it goes. Ijames is the key, but Norcia has to get his as well.

 

OHS 42 Ohio Co 0 Ohio Co is not playing well this year and they will not be able to play with the speed of OHS.

Anybody know what has happened to Billytwoshirts? Haven't seen a post from him in a while.

Usually that means he is not a memeber anymore. I have noticed a lot of users dropping off as of late.

His profile said he was logged on last on 8/29/06. Memebership may have run out since then.

John Hardin 21, Apollo 7-From what I seen against OHS, JH has a ton of team speed. The Bulldogs defense was all over the field last Friday and I see Apollo having a tough time scoring. Much has been said about the Apollo 'D', but I dont think they've seen the speed that JH has.

 

Warren Central 49, Daviess County 21-Central breaks out to a big lead, and puts it in cruise control after intermission.

 

Owensboro Catholic 28, Butler County 24-I see this one being tight since the Butler County Bears play tough at home. I think OCath's evolving passing game, and an ever improving defense will be the difference in the end.

 

OHS 56, Ohio County 7-Hopefully the Red Devils will go to Hartford, look sharp, and get ready for Male next week. I possibly see the 45 point rule going into effect in this one.
