Kentucky's class thus far:

5-star PJ Washington

5-star Nick Richards

5-star Jarred Vanderbilt

5-star Quade Green

4-star Shai Alexander

Still a few other 5-star prospects (Bamba, Young and Diallo) that the Cats are in the running for as well.

Elite on the glass and a plus defender. Still needs some development on the offensive end but can come in and make an impact right away with great length and athleticism...

I'd cross Diallo off the list. He's eligible for the 2017 draft, and right now it sounds like he may end up at UConn this year for the 2nd semester...

Why UConn? Doesn't seem like they are very good this year. If only going to college for a semester why not go somewhere that could make a run in the tourney?

They have had a bunch of injuries and I think only have 8 scholarship guys at this point. He'd step in and play 35-40 minutes with little resistance...

Good addition. Anytime a school can pick up a 5 star it's great. I can remember not all that long ago the Cats were ecstatic if they landed one 5 star (such as a Curruth). So far they have 4 for next year.

I am hearing he is offensively challenged unless he's dunking, 22% from 3 and not much better inside the arc, but that's okay. He is solid in all other areas. I'm sure he will improve his shooting as a collegiate. Briscoe has. And I have a feeling Fox is going to be much better in the second half of the season.

With all of our guards on the roster gone after this season, important to get more than just the two that are committed. Lots of buzz that there may be some 18 kids reclass back to 17 and commit to UK. If so, having Vanderbilt to be that MKG type slasher will be huge for the cats.

Would love to have a Delk/Lamb type of shooter on this team or for next year.

Is he really that bad up there or has he just missed on guys?

Hasn't shown he can build a roster that fits together. Recruiting has been good based on rankings. Results, not so much...
